Returns



We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and sealed products.


To be eligible for a return:


  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The product must be unused and unopened
  • Proof of purchase is required



For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items (including gels, acrylic powders, liquids, brushes, and nail tools).





Refunds



Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.


Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.


Shipping fees are non-refundable.





Damaged or Wrong Items



If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the issue, and we will replace or refund the item.
